The views from the apartment were so exciting, I couldn't tear myself away from the window! The free WiFi saved me from boredom. And hey, I got to try my hand at laundry with the fancy washing machine!
Oh, how lucky was I to witness the delightful sight of patrons throwing cigarette butts on the ground while visiting a charming pub nearby. So quaint!

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel in Clackmannan. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. The host clearly put a lot of love and care into it, making us feel right at home. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, with a convenient Co-op nearby for any grocery needs. The lounge was a cozy spot to relax, and we enjoyed the streaming services on the TV. Despite the initial disconcerting entrance through the back yard of a pub, the host couldn't do anything about it. One minor issue was our confusion about recycling in Scotland, but a simple notice in the kitchen would have helped. The area seemed a bit rundown, and there was a pub down the road with people constantly smoking and littering. the overall experience at the Tollbooth was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

The entrance through the back yard of a pub may not be the most appealing, but the host cannot do anything about that.

Had a great weekend at this cozy hideaway. the place was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, giving off a warm and welcoming vibe. It had all the amenities we needed, including streaming services on the TV for a relaxed movie night. the location was fantastic, with a convenient little Co-op just a stone's throw away. Plus, there were plenty of nearby restaurants that offered delivery straight to our door. Definitely planning to return!
Though we had a wonderful stay, there were a couple of minor downsides. the entrance through the back yard of the pub, past the bins, initially felt a bit odd.

The view from the apartment was so breathtaking, it made me forget about the spotty WiFi. The washing machine was a godsend for all those muddy kilts I had to clean.
Oh, how delightful it was to navigate through the maze of city views just to find a decent spot to do my laundry.
